2INgage Announces Kaycee Robles as New Senior Vice President!

2INgage is proud to announce the appointment of Kaycee Robles as the new senior vice president of permanency. With nearly 12 years of experience in the field, Kaycee has expansive knowledge in case management.

Robles holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Criminal Justice from Hardin-Simmons University. She has been with 2INgage for six years, starting as an intake and placement supervisor, then moving to a director of permanency before assuming her new role as vice president.

"As we enter the New Year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work we have accomplished together and look ahead to the opportunities that await us. Our mission to be “devoted to the strength of families” is more than just a responsibility—it is a shared commitment that drives everything we do.

This year, we will continue strengthening our efforts by empowering our teams with purpose and aligning our goals to create lasting change. Our work would not be possible without the unwavering dedication of our staff, who go above and beyond every day to ensure the safety, well-being and stability of those we serve.

Equally important are the invaluable partnerships we have with our community. These collaborations are the foundation for building sustainable solutions for children and families. Together, with our community partners, we will continue to foster meaningful connections, share resources and amplify our impact.

Stacy Lee

Vice President, Permanency

Stacy has been an integral part of the 2INgage team since its inception. She first joined as a manager overseeing community engagement during Stage 1 of the organization’s development. In January 2020, she assumed the role of director of permanency support, where she led key permanency support functions, leaving a lasting and meaningful impact on the program.

“Stacy’s unwavering dedication to our mission and her profound understanding of the needs of children and families in our community have been evident throughout her career,” said Kaycee Robles, senior vice president.
